About Me
I came to know Christ when I was around 16 years old. God has shown his goodness and mercy to me in so many ways. In 1987 I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Sociology. After this I worked in an unrelated field for five years. I wanted to be a therapist so I went back to school. In 1996 I received a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. In 2000 I earned my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
In 2001 I enrolled in the School of Ministry at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. This is a two year program that includes a Biblical Counseling course for all four semesters.
In 2004 my family moved from California to Iowa to help plant a Calvary Chapel. I obtained my Marital and Family Therapist license for the state of Iowa at that time. I have been working at Counseling For Growth & Change since March 2005.
I am very excited about sharing the Word of God with my clients.
